Antique Toilet Mirror Bow Fronted 3-Drawer, English Sheraton Period, Circa 1810

About the Item

This is a fine quality English Sheraton period antique Toilet Mirror, dating to the late 18th century, late Georgian period, circa 1810. The mirror is well constructed with many fine features; 1) Bow fronted on bracket feet, with ivory escutcheon & knobs 2) Three frieze drawers with lock & key to middle drawer 3) Reeded side supports 4) Original glass We date this mirror to the late George 111rd period circa 1810. Antique mirrors of similar construction and detail are shown in the book: The Mirror Book by Herbert F Schiffer, Schiffer Publishing, 1983, Pages 210 to 220. Overall, a fine quality English Georgian Sheraton period, very early 19th Century antique mirror about 200 years old. Please note that this piece has been declared as containing Ivory, Registration reference number: KMYS7UB6.
