This is an antique English dressing table mirror. Georgian mahogany vanity mirror dating to circa 1800. A very handsome dressing mirror made in a rich mahogany with the most beautiful flamed burl maple inlay. The mirror plate is in very good order, mounted in parcel gilt frame. Adjustable angle swinging from square section risers capped with tiny brass finials. The base has a good proportion raised on squat bracket feet and hosts a set of three curved drawers with delightful tiny brass knobs and key plate.
A small section of parcel gilt is missing from the top (see pics). There is also a tiny piece of veneer missing from the back left corner, otherwise in very good condition for age.
