"Meubles Modernes en Metal" Folio Presented by Pierre Pinsard
About the Item
A small hardboard folio in original covers, measuring 9.5" x 6.5". Title page plus six pages of text and two page list of plates, which is still uncut. There are 24 plates in black and white showing images of furniture which have metal used in their construction, chairs, tables, chests, bookcases, a piano and desks, which were designed by Le Corbusier, P. Jeanneret, Charles Perriaud, Rene Herbst, Pierre Legrain, Louis Sognot, Andre Lurcat and Rob Mallet-Stevens and made by Thonet, Atelier Primavera and Labormetal. Not dated but presumed to be 1930s.
