Early 20th century bronze cannon model, English. A decorative piece in an iron & wood (elm & fruitwood) carriage with possibly the insignia of The Duchy of Brunswick on the cannon. Acquired in the mid-20th century in a Madrid antiques shop specializing in nautical & war memorabilia & equipment by an American collector. Lack one locking post. A rivet for one iron strap lacking & various nail heads. Cannon is 23.5" long. 35" long overall, 13.5" w., 11.25" h.
