Italian Carved Walnut and Gilded Figural Pierce-Carved Three Panel Screen
About the Item
This is a superb, hand-carved Italian made screen. The screen features angels and figures and elaborate carving and gold gilt elements as well. The screen has a backing of a gray upholstery for added contrast. The screen dates to the 1920s era and is in good condition with normal patina and age-related signs of wear but nothing significant. Measures 73.25 tall x 73.5 wide x 2 inches thick. The panels each measure 24.5 wide.
