Large Chinoiserie Chinese 6 Panel Figural Red Folding Screen Room Divider. Item features a stunning dining scene with carved/raised details, burnished brass accents, and deep red lacquered backside. Scene is a depiction from "The Night Revels of Han Xizai", the night party hosted by Han Xizai, who anticipated the fall of the corrupt court, vividly depicts the host and guests engaging themselves in revels, flirting, chatting, singing and dancing to delightful music. Circa Late 20th Century. Measurements: 82.5" H x 120" W (Open flat) x 1" D. Each panel approx 20" W. Approx 6" D (Closed).
