77290 antique Persian Kurdish hallway runner with Nomadic Mid-Century Modern style. With architectural elements combined with warm earthy colors, this hand knotted wool antique Persian Kurdish hallway runner embodies an Artisan Nomadic style with MCM vibes. This hand knotted wool antique Kurdish carpet runner features an all-over geometric pattern composed of the Classic repeating boteh motifs on an abrashed camel-ecru backdrop dotted with animals, human figures and symbolic tribal motifs. The boteh motif resembles sprouting seed and is known as the 'Seed of Life'. It represents potential for growth as a germinating seed symbolizing rebirth or regeneration. It is enclosed with a triple border flanked with barber pole stripes between each border.
