Roundel center medallion with quatrefoil starburst interior floral design motif wrapped by minor scalloped Rococo stylized outlines surrounded by long stemmed blossoms with minor buds, flowers, and serrated leaves. Unusual size and proportions. Colors and shades include: Dark cream, beige, sand, ivory, cobalt blue, pale coffee brown, and more. Condition notes: Wear across to foundation and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak carpet made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 7'9" x 8'9".
