About the Item
Extremely rare armchair with an iron structure and molded upholstery, extremely comfortable. This chair is a good example of how avant-garde furniture design could be in the mid- 1950’s. It was acquired directly from the Hauner Family.
This armchair was featured in an exhibition dedicated to the Hauner Family at SP-Arte 2024. The last image showcases the same model of armchair, a different item that our team had twenty years ago and was featured in an exhibition called "Modern Armchairs" from 2009, p. 23 of the catalogue.
