Nobiliary Dining Chair of Thonet from Wiener Werkstaette

About the Item

Rare chair of the Wiener Werkstaette considered the prototype of the successive variants on Design by the architect. Gustav Sigel. The rectangular sections and geometric motifs of the backrest are characteristic. This model is in blond beech and first patina. The chair was designed both to be used with Vienna straw but also with a padded seat where the straw acts as a support for the upholstery. The chair is branded and labelled.
