Ignis Ossium is a sculptural sand-cast bronze chair, created in Mexico City in collaboration with foundry Artística Galindo's Maestro Reyes Hernández, with whom Martín Diego Salido-Orcillo (ACOOCOORO Creative Director) has continuously collaborated during his career, both as a sculptor and a designer.
Just as bone and marrow have come to symbolize that which is at the core —the soul that stays visible, the evidence of the body that once was—, it is the craftsmen's skill and mastery that truly imbue this object with meaning, permanence, and soul.
