About the Item
Magnificent set consisting of a sofa / bench, two armchairs à la reine and two Louis XV style chairs.
Each piece is in painted and gilded rechampi wood, molded and carved with scrolls, volutes and stylized flowers.
The pieces with armrests have armrests with cuffs, curved and molded supports.
The seats are wide and deep, with shell crosspieces.
Each piece is very well upholstered with a floral velvet in pink and green tones.
The sofa rests on eight curved arched legs with flower falls.
The very beautiful pair of armchairs à la reine is in painted and gilded rechampi wood, molded and carved with volutes and stylized flowers. The legs are curved arched with flower falls. Note wear to the velvet on the seat of one of the two armchairs.
