Jørgen Lund and Ole Larsen for Bo-Ex, pair of lounge chairs, model 'BO 911', leather, chrome-plated steel, lacquered wood, Denmark, 1979
Designed by Jørgen Lund and Ole Larsen, these BO 911 lounge chairs are distinguished by their intriguing play of volume and space. The structure revolves around rectangular frames with curved edges, made from chrome-plated steel. The low-slung profile, with wide, generously padded cushions in dark brown leather, contours to the body for an ergonomic seating experience. The armrests are upholstered for added comfort. The sleek lines, airy appearance, and choice of materials, combine to form a modern chair.
Kindly note that the leather is in good, used condition, with visible creases, wear, and slight color differences. The wooden and chrome elements contain wear marks. Reupholstery and restoration is possible before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come.
