Antique Rocking Chair from the Jamestown Furniture Co, Buffalo., NY - in the style of Charles Rholf / Stickley Era W7212 The rocker is in good condition with a minor repair to the original leather seat - one original tack is missing. It has a great looking & unique design, and is in great condition overall & very comfortable. Rocker features the original hard leather seat - there is minor damage to leather with a split on the left side. It is stable and usable as is, but could be reupholstered. A single original brass tack is missing. The chair features the original finish with overcoat and with nice patina. This is a PERIOD Arts & Crafts Era piece. It is NOT a reproduction. This rocker was made after Charles Rohlfs retired and closed his company. He was one of the most important artists from that area. The maker of this rocker was a craftsman previously employed by Mr. Rohlfs. This employee with his knowledge was able to run his furniture for few yrs after Rohlfs pass Dimensions: Height - 41" Width - 27.5" Depth - 33" We will ship this piece directly to a freight terminal near you where you must then pick it up.
