About the Item
Cognac leather Scandinavian Modern swivel base easy chair. Attributed to Nilistoppmobler, Roskilde, Denmark. Snap in straps head support. Comfortable and roomy chair with a wonderful presence. Circa 1960-1970. The chair features leather bottoned back, arms and seat cushion, a snap in straps head support, steel base supports, steel and wood sub-structure, and black plastic tip glides. The stitching is nice and tight and uniform. Good overall condition and structurally sound and sturdy. Some cosmetic wear to the leather. No visible rips, tears or gouges to the leather. Some visible wear to the two extended tabs on the arm rests (see photos). Some minor splotchy areas to the back of the chair (see photos).
The chair measures approximately 30" deep x 36" wide x 37" high. The seat height is approximately 17". The seat width is approximately 21" inches. The arm height is approximately 21.5".
