Antique Decorative Swedish Painted Cabinet in Pine, Early 19th Century

About the Item

Truly stunning antique cabinet with a rich patina. Made by a Swedish cabinetmaker in the early 19th century. A nice yellow color on a pine base. A unique wabi sabi piece, perfectly suited for the modern interior. The general impression of this well aged item is really good. "Wabi-sabi is the view or thought of finding beauty in every aspect of imperfection in nature. It is about the aesthetic of things in existence, that are “imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete”.
