An absolutely gorgeous eight-drawer chest by Landstrom Furniture, circa 1950. Landstrom was a boutique Illinois firm that produced superior furniture on par with the finest production of the era, including Widdicomb and Baker. Expertly crafted ribbon mahogany case construction with fabulous detail. The design emits a pronounced Parzinger vibe. The cast Greek Key hardware is sublime. Excellent restored condition. The piece has undergone a meticulous restoration, newly finished in cream lacquer. For change of lacquer color, please add $800. Retains the Maker mark.
