Circa late 1700s/early 1800s very unusual and large rare antique Swedish ( or possibly french) Gustavian White Grey painted chest of drawers commode with classic rococo style feet and drawer front detail on the drawer fronts and gilt edges.
It has 3 drawers with extremely ornate handles and a faux marble effect hand painted top .
As usual it has a plain back and the finish has the usual marks of age and usage with some long dead woodworm holes.
The drawers have all the usual marks of age for a piece of this period and the drawer bottoms may contain old marks of use
The drawers have been treated against woodworm and structurally sound for daily use (carefully!)
