19th Century Antique Gustavian Style Painted Secretary Bureau

Early 19th Century Swedish Slant Front secretary with solid columns, Sweden, 1800-1810 Solid oak, Standing on a block feet Swedish Gustavian slant front secretary from the early 19th century made od solid oak wood. The secretary consist of two parts. In the lower part are two large drawers and and above them one smaller. In the upper part we can see secretary and above one drawer. Inside the secretary six functional small drawers with brass fittings. This painted desk features a slanted top that pulls down to make a desk ( high from the ground:90cm ). The desk is painted in a soft color typical of the Scandinavian taste for light tones. Two solid columns very nice contrasting to the rest of the furniture. Original brass fittings. Three original locks with tree keys. This swedish secretary is a great choice to decorate most of any spaces in Your home. Condition: Condition of this secretary is very good and ready to use.
