19th Century Biedermeier Secretary, Germany, Ca.1820 Walnut Original secretary veneered in walnut, impressive veneer pattern, stepped pedestal, gable, underneath drawer with push button to open, the lid opens upwards, see video. Ebonized writing flap, cabinet with nine small drawers, stepped drawer opens via mechanism, upper wide drawer with gable, also two lockable doors, interior with shelf. Front flanked by ebonized full columns, very impressive and elegant furniture. Condition: Condition of this furniture is very good. Carefully restored and hand-polished with shellac. Ready to use.
