Antique French Victorian secretary / library writing desk. Made of mahogany featuring drop front door inlaid with floral mother of pearl and shield motif, which opens to writing surface with multiple cubbies and drawers. The secretary also features a reticulated brass gallery, large serpentine oxbow drawer with sea shell pulls, two unusual cabinets / cubbies flanking a petite kneehole, and tapered legs.
