About the Item

Viennese secretaire on square pointed feet with bronze sabots. The body with beveled corners has a two-door base, a writing flap with central lock and one top drawer. The front side with filling panels and bronze fittings. The drawer shows two handles and is contrasted by a simple profile strip as well as lateral filling panels. Central compartment behind the writing flap with several drawers with thread inlays and pigeon holes. The writing surface is covered with a new green felt. The secretary is in an expertly refurbished and hand polished condition. (seat height 78 cm)
