About the Item

This Swedish country sideboard maintains its simple charm with a waxed finish on the natural pine. Note the soft outline of a diamond on the sides, with faint residual red along sides/feet and faint blue along panel doors indicating this was painted at an earlier point in time. The interior with one shelf has been scraped leaving traces of white paint. Restored, the lock and key function. This pine cabinet has been restored; it is strong, stable and ready for use. All nicks, scratches, dried old wormholes, age-related separation of wood are commensurate with age and do not detract from the appeal nor function of this sideboard. Old repair seen along top to seal and old crack/separation. With over 37 years of experience selling European antiques, our brick-and-mortar storefront, Round Top Ranch Antiques (located in Texas) offers one of the largest curated selections in the nation with over fifteen thousand square feet of inventory to choose from. We look forward to helping you find the perfect addition to your home or workspace. Thank you for visiting our online store!
