Art Deco Sideboard Around 1930 with Two Carved Paintings
About the Item
This sideboard from France was previously completely made of oak. We painted the body in black piano lacquer. The curves with the light reflections already come into their own and frame the two paintings on the fronts stylishly. The entire piece of furniture is provided with a multi-layer structure of different paints and primers and has a multi-layer final coat of clear varnish that was sanded and polished up to grain 3000. A piece of history and craftsmanship that we were able to give back to the old glamor of the 20s with a lot of love and perfection.
