This 1-door and 3-drawer cabinet is designed by Eric Gizard - Paris.
It is 100% made in France with solid ash wood, veneer and lacquered doors in MDF panels.
Each door and each drawer opens with a "push-to-release" pressure.
An adjustable wooden shelf on cleats is placed behind the 2 doors.
The shelf's colour is identical to the doors' colour.
The first drawer is lower and can store cutlery, napkins, placemats, etc.
In this small drawer, 2 movable wooden dividers allow you to create 3 storage spaces as you wish (see the last detail picture).
The other 2 drawers are regular drawers without divider.

Éric Gizard
Éric Gizard, once described by renowned French interior designer Andrée Putman as “flamboyant and discreet, refined and reasonable,” is known for creating contemporary furniture that nods to the past.
Gizard studied at École Duperré in Paris from 1982 to ’84, before landing jobs as an archivist for B.E.D. Architects and Michel Boyer Architects. From the mid-1980s to 1990, he was in charge of the design column of CTY magazine. During this period, Gizard also worked as a freelance designer before establishing his own firm, EGA.
As the founder and director of EGA, Gizard spearheaded numerous interior design projects worldwide, including offices in Shanghai, tea rooms in Korea, apartments in Japan, boutiques in Paris and private residences and shops throughout Europe.
In addition to his interiors, Gizard incorporated his characteristic lightness, fluidity and clarity into furniture and lighting designs. Strong contrasts, fusions of materials and colors and the use of chiaroscuro (contrasting light and shadow) feature in many of his sofas, canapes and sectionals. In Gizard’s handcrafted Bronze Sauvage table lamp, an apple-tree branch doubles as a tripod and sculptural art, while his side tables, sideboards, buffets, cabinets and coffee tables embrace the clean lines and bold symmetry of Scandinavian modernism.
Gizard’s work has not gone unnoticed in the world of furniture design. In 2005, in association with Putman, Gizard was named designer of the year by Paris’s Maison and Objet fair. He has also collaborated extensively with brands including Hermès, Steiner, Salviati, Roche Bobois and Hennessy.

MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANCAIS is a new brand launched in September 2018 by Eric Weiler (founder) and Eric Gizard (designer). We deliver 100% made in France high-end and top quality furniture pieces. Main material is wood, mainly ash, oak and cherry. Our wood comes exclusively from sustainably managed French forests. The craft-handed manufacture in the Loire Countryside and Bretagne ensures robustness and a very long life cycle for each piece. All our models are already fully assembled in our workshops. Eric Gizard is a famous French Designer in Paris and works several Fashion and Luxury Brands. He sublimates with his very fluid and elegant design each piece of our collections EGEE and KUBE. More over and previous to the launch of MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANCAIS, in 2010, Eric Weiler took over an old cabinet-maker named GONTIER established in France since 1920. French Traditional pieces and new designed models from GONTIER are also proposed on 1st Dibs.

Broyhill’s Chapter One Collection is officially harder to find and more sought after than the Raymond Loewy originals. With all due respect to Raymond Loewy, there really is something magical about the Chapter One line. Maybe they’re just more fun and approachable. Maybe it’s the proportions and practicality. Regardless, they’re one of our favourite collections of all time. This tall stack of sunburst yellow drawers looks like LEGO come time life. Exciting, bold yet practical, these deep drawers can hold heaps of stuff.
The restoration team pulled no punches on this Chapter One Green Dresser, and the end result exceeded our expectations. The entire body and base was professionally sanded, primed and painted to match the original bright white. The laminate top and dark lime green molded plastic drawer fronts were finally buffed and polished to a glassy shine. It’s tough to see this one go, but we know it will be loved. Broyhill’s Chapter one collection borrowed from the plastic mold injection designs made famous by legendary designer Raymond Loewy. Like Loewy, this Chapter One Green Dresser employs the futuristic use of color and materials in a way that had not been seen before. The bright green plastic captures the playful spirit of the 1970s. The cabinet is supported by a white lacquered, curved plinth base that compliments the overall form of the dresser. Nine drawers roll-out on metal glides that have been adjusted and oiled to allow for easy functionality, and proper spacing. This colorful, curvaceous case-good could have blended in nicely on the set of 2001 A Space Odyssey. The space-age look has never been more desirable, which may help explain the recent scarcity of all things Chapter One.
