About the Item
The teak sideboard was designed by Sven Andersen in the 1960s for Sven Andersen's Norwegian factory, Möbelfabrik Stavanger. The furniture has been professionally restored by removing old coatings, stained with oak stain and finished with high-quality Danish oil. The long version of the chest of drawers with 3 cabinets and 6 drawers is a very rare piece, an example of Norwegian design from the mid-20th century. The furniture has profiled handles and edges. The lower strip is profiled and the legs finished with brass are mounted on it.
