About the Item
Antique Swedish country pine cabinet or small sideboard with two small drawers over one door.
The original blue painted finish (with undertones of white and gray) has been distressed over many generations revealing the warm, natural pine patina underneath. Note the faint remains of a monogram and date (1844?) above door.
Restored, strong and stable. Interior reveals one shelf, old original hinges function well.
All scratches, cracks(top, sides), dings/nicks (top and bottom edges), and age related separation (see top) are commensurate with age and do not detract from the appeal nor function of this rustic Swedish country find. Key and lock still function, but buyer may opt to simply use old key as pull instead.
Please refer to professional photos for clear understanding of color, condition, and details; photo lighting, individual monitor display and home lighting all impact how item is viewed. Photos are part of item description, please ask questions or request additional photos of specific areas if needed.
