About the Item

Rare freestanding desk designed by Børge Mogensen and produced by P. Lauritsen & Søn in Denmark, ca late 1950s-1960s. The desk comes apart in three separated pieces, the top and the two drawer cabinets for easy moving and installation into any interior or space. A very well crafted piece made of solid oak wood and oak veneer on the table top and drawers. The five drawers have adjustable parts inside and come with folding brass handles with beautiful patina. One extra writing board extension in the center can be pulled out from the top. Writing board extension : 90 cm x 52 cm Drawer cabinets : 46.5 x 83.5 x 67 cm Very good vintage condition.
