About the Item

Tecnika model desk produced by Poltronova in the late 1960s / 1970's. This piece is often attributed to Ettore Sottsass, whose collaboration with Poltronova defined much of the company’s avant-garde identity. The desk combines clean geometric lines with refined materials: wood veneer and chrome-plated metal details. Its crisp modernist profile is characteristic of Sottsass’s experimental yet functional approach to design. Retains its original Design Center label, underscoring its authenticity and place within the Italian design canon. A functional and collectible desk that bridges modernist rigor with a touch of Italian flair, making it equally suited for a refined home office or a curated design collection.
