About the Item

Elegant round table, Italian-made, dating from the first half of the 19th century. The top, with a diameter of 101 cm, is entirely panelled in splendid walnut root with a particularly rich, flamed texture. In the center is a fine star-shaped inlaid decoration, made with great skill and sense of symmetry. The supporting structure is oak: the shaft is hand-turned, with molded profiles and a tripartite base, while the secondary elements are veneered in walnut. The overall height is 79 cm. Impressive decorative piece, also perfectly suitable for daily use. Conservatively restored, ready to place. Worldwide shipping. Contact us for more information or photographs.
