18th C. Swedish Period Baroque Table w/Stone Top- A Great Kitchen Work Table!
About the Item
A Swedish period Baroque stone top table from the early 18th century. This antique kitchen table from Sweden features it's original stone top, rectangular in shape, which rests atop a plain apron, and raised upon four robust baluster-carved legs. The legs are braced within a wood beam box stretcher, just above each foot. The stone top is a reddish brown color, which is quite complimentary to the warm wood tones (and lovely patina we might add!). This Swedish Baroque table would make a magnificent kitchen work table! Who wouldn't want to roll out pastry dough on this beauty?! Please note that this piece is quite heavy, we approximate the weight of this piece to be upwards of 300 pounds.
