About the Item

Sculptural shaped and foldable serving trolley designed and manufactured by Fortalit Ltda, Sao Paulo Brazil 1960. This stunning serving cart has an unusual but very sculptural shape, a symmetrical. The clear lines in the design make this piece very eye catching, both unfolded as folded down. And besides the fact that it is beautifully made, it is also constructional amazing. This can be partly or fully folded to your wishes and needs. The 4 trays which has tops finished in white laminate, can be folded separately so you can only use whatever you need. Also, the wheels can be folded, so this will be completely flat when you want to store it. But in my opinion, this piece is too beautiful to store. Even when its fully folded, it is beautiful from every side and angle, with its amazing hard wooden finish. The wood has an amazing warm wood tone and beautiful grain to it. Most parts are solid wood, makes this piece heavy and high in quality. It is in fully original condition and the Fortalit metal tag is also still present. A very rare and beautiful piece of unknown Brazilian design, for me it’s more interesting because of that.
