Neoclassical French Square Carved-Wood Plaque w/Early or Original Finish

About the Item

A French carved-wood wall plaque from the early 19th century. This antique wall decoration from France features the Neoclassical stylings of swirling leaves and florals splaying outward from the urn center. All set within a 42" squared frame with projected corners and floral medallion accents set at top corners. The early (possibly original) finish is primarily beige and gray tones with rose colored accents. This French Neoclassical carved plaque, is the perfect art piece to add visual interest, a textural element, and subtle coloring to you wall.
