This contemporary vernacular water color of a yard sale in Eureka, California was painted by Alan Sanborn, a celebrated living artist, whose work has been seen in multiple galleries and museums. The painting is on water color paper, and is matted in highest quality rag, and recently framed in a contemporary, oakwood frame. The visible painted image is 23.25 W x 18.25 H. It is in superb condition, with bright, but soft colors and a loose style. It is cheerful, and makes me smile.
