About the Item
A unique set of 57 educational bible school posters printed on canvas for Sunday School.
This set from Bellarminus came from a church in the south of Holland. It was well preserved because members from the church made these beautiful canvas pouches and hook racks with names and numbers.
These illustrations matching biblical stories of the old and new testament were painted by Ben Horsthuis and Frans van Noorden.
Every poster has an explanation and a bible reference in Dutch, English, Spanish, French, Portugees, Italian and German.
Apart from some water stains this collection is in a very good condition.
These would make very nice decorative object as a whole.
As a set on the wall it will measure ca. 3m. wide x 2.2m. high
