Cette reproduction hydrographique sur papier d'Oscar Niemeyer pour le Mémorial Carlos Prestes dans la Praça dos Girassóis à Palmas, TO, est une œuvre d'art qui met en valeur le talent créatif de l'architecte brésilien Oscar Niemeyer.
