About the Item

" Faith, Hope and Love" (1 Corinthians 13:13) is a favorite Bible verse about the superiority of Love. It is often quoted in Christian wedding ceremonies. This Faith, Hope and Love ring is old, may be 18th century and it was later repaired/reinforced to become stiff and firm again. Engraved in Swedish " Varaktig Sällhet " / Lasting Happiness. Unisex type, size is the only matter. Made of solid 18K Yellow Gold / tested , plain band with articulated shoulders. Three bezels with set Black Onyx for Faith, Orange Carnelian stone for Love of Burning Heart and Green Chalcedony for Hope. All three stones show pretty worn symbols of meanings and measure 5.5 mm x 4.5 mm / ca. 0.6 ct each. Apparently it was a permanent for long time. Size Ø 6.75 US / 17.13 mm . Stones with closed backs may seem darker than stones with open backs. Such nuances of color perception do not give any excuse to claim item to be not as described. Some buyers tried to make return of the items and to avoid paying shipping and restock expenses claimed that : " color is different from that on image .. " there are inclusions that I didn't notice " "it looks smaller than I expected" ! Unfortunately Internet sales do not allow us to see the items in person before we get them by post. We will not be responsible if in the process of resizing or customization any stone on the ring becomes loose, if any deformation occurs in general or if band of the ring changes shape or becomes deformed.
