About the Item

Vintage Georg Jensen Denmark sterling silver coffee spoon and hors d'oeuvres fork in the Acorn pattern. No monogram. The Acorn pattern was introduced in 1915 as a collaboration between Georg Jensen and designer Johan Ronde. The pattern, which combines Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles, has become a timeless classic. The small spoon is meant for coffee and the small fork features 2 flared tines. Spoon measures approx 4 3/8" long, 7/8" wide across bowl. Fork measures approx 3 5/8" long, 7/16" wide across tines. Weighs approx 22.5g, 14.5dwt total. Both pieces are marked GEORG JENSEN in beaded oval STERLING DENMARK. Very nice condition, with slight surface scratches and light tarnish. Will be packaged securely and shipped US Priority Mail with insurance. CL072224/17KCS
