Sterling silver mustard or condiment ladle by John Wendt in the Arabesque pattern.
Monogram appears to be M
Designed in 1870 by Bernhard Beiderhase for the prominent NYC retailer Ball Black & Co, a leading jewelry house of the nation from 1851-1876. John Wendt produced much of the silver for Ball Black & Co from circa 1860. This mustard ladle features simple scroll design.
Measures approx 5" long, 7/8" wide bowl.

Very nice condition, with some light scratches and slight tarnish.
