French Church Chalice – Late 19th Century
A magnificent French communion chalice, most likely dating from the late 19th century. The piece bears the Minerva hallmark as well as the maker’s mark, confirming its French origin and silver quality.
Approximate dimensions: height 23 cm, base width 14 cm, bowl diameter 9 cm. A truly elegant and finely crafted liturgical vessel with beautiful proportions and excellent presence.
This outstanding example of 19th-century French church silver would make a remarkable addition to any collection.
