Alison Britton-Paterson, born in 1974 is an abstract artist working in mixed media. Alison has been a full-time artist since 2016. She has collectors in the UK & Internationally. Her works are richly layered using paint, charcoal, oil pastels & graphite. Her work often represents our concealed selves, the aspects we either willingly or unwillingly show & what we keep hidden beneath the surface, sometimes fracturing & creating an awkward balance between the concealed and the exposed. Alison’s current series of work is an exploration into form, space & line, removing all figurative aspects to find simplicity in the abstract.

Eleanor Campbell, artist, is available for sale online and in our art gallery at Wychwood Art. Eleanor Campbell trained for 4 years in fine art at the Glasgow School of Art, where she achieved a B.A. During her foundation course she also studied textiles, ceramics, bookbinding and photography, she decided to follow graphic design as a profession upon graduating. This role eventually lead her to London where she became Creative Director within the design field, focussing on branding / packaging design, she ran a large design studio of 30 designers. She became a member of The Chartered Society of Designers. After 10 years in London she moved to the Cotswolds to set up her design business Campbell Aylin Design, working with large blue chip, mainly food and drink companies and their branding design and development.
