We are pleased to announce that we are now representing the large scale paintings of David Austin. In order to make space for new works coming for the Summer Season here in the Hamptons we have reduced the prices for a quick sale on select works. David's paintings are a wonderful balance of emotion and design. When viewing his art you can sense the energy and thought that went into every element of the work. This large original painting on canvas titled "On Your Mark" measures 58x60". it is signed on the front and also on the back of the canvas. It is Acrylic paint, Oil pastel, gesso spray paint and varnish on canvas.
You look "INTO" his paintings and you see things happening. Every area of the painting is different, yet everything works together to create a harmonious work or art which is the brilliance of David Austin. It is as if there are many paintings within one painting yet they work together as one. The soft edges that are complimented by the hard edge create the energy that this painting has.
