About the Item
Lush and dreamy acres of seemingly unending tulips in a mosaic of pink, red, orange and yellow are being watched over by equally infinite white cotton candy clouds. These tulips from heaven are presented as a contemporary expressionist floral landscape exhibiting spring's most satisfying feelings and fragrances of nature that are bursting in both land and sky. A peaceful and mesmerizing oil painting, this original work of art would be suitable for any transitional space. Polish American artist Eugene Maziarz brings added excitement and depth to the piece with his extensive use of impasto paint application and layering of images. The oil painting is 42x32 as framed in the custom floater frame, 40x30 unframed. Prior to migrating to the United States, Maziarz was appointed, by the Ministry Committee of Culture of Warsaw, Poland, as a member of the prestigious Polish Organization of Artists; while still a resident of Poland, Maziarz taught art at some of the leading Polish universities. Now he paints full time and resides in the United States where his artwork shows across the country.
