About the Item
Covarrubias, Miguel. LINDY HOP. Lithograph, 1936. AAG edition (usually about 200), with their label preserved and attached to the back of the mat. Unsigned as always. 13 1/8 x 9 1/2 inches (image),16 1/2 x 12 1/2 inches (sheet). In Excellent condition. AAG editions are usually accepted as being 200, but as they are not numbered, and there is no edition statement, it is not unlikely that the edition size may have varied with the demand on a case by case basis. This print is uncommon and infrequently seen, suggesting the possibility that the edition was smaller.
