Designed by Milton Glaser on the occasion of: "The Lovin' Spoonful at Lincoln Center Philharmonic Hall." Offset lithograph poster in colors. 24x37 inches. Very good overall vintage condition with the exception of perhaps some minor signs of handling. Vintage original print. Milton Glaser printed credit/stamp mid-lower left, from an edition of unknown. Collections: MoMa New York. Literature: Milton Glaser Posters, Glaser, pg. 155. The Lovin' Spoonful is an American rock band which was popular during the mid-to late-1960s. Founded in New York City in 1965 by lead-singer/songwriter John Sebastian and guitarist Zal Yanovsky, it is best known for a number of hits which include "Summer in the City", "Do You Believe In Magic", "Did You Ever Have to Make Up Your Mind?", and "Daydream".
