About the Item

Charming little mystery etching pencil signed but I cannot make it out. A French seen probably a park in Paris with children playing. The image itself measures 9 3/4 inches wide by 7 3/4 inches high. The paper is 13 1/4 inches wide by 10 inches high and the mattte is 14 inches wide by 10 1/2 inches high it could use a new matte.
