About the Item
Walter Valentini was born in 1928 in South Italy. A painter and engraver, he lives and works in Milan. He is Holder of the chair for engraving at the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan. He takes part to Exhibitions in Italy, France, England Japon, Mexico and the United States. In 1982 he gains the 1st Prize at the Biennial of Ibiza, the 1st Prize for the IlIrd Graphic Biennial in Listowel in Ireland and in 1983 the Specialist Edition Purchase Award World Print Fou in Sanfrancisco. In 1984 he gains the Grand Prix at the Xth International Biennial Exhibition in Cracow.
This is a one of a kind piece, (with other 8 pieces) and we can offer you this latest piece of this engaging black bronze artwork. The piece was made in 1980 but it is in good conditions cause it remained since then stored and packed in the Editor warehouse.
This bronze sculpture is completed with the Editor Certificate of Authenticity and with the original signature of the author.
