International Fine Print Dealers Association (IFPDA)
Launched in 1987, the International Fine Print Dealers Association has continually set the bar for quality and ethics while promoting prints as original works of art to generations of collectors, curators and art lovers. With over 160 members in 13 countries, the IFPDA is a worldwide community of leading dealers and editions publishers who represent the full spectrum of printmaking. Each year, the IFPDA hosts the IFPDA Print Fair in New York, the only major fair dedicated to fine-art prints.

About the author and the storyline of the book by Marquez:
Gabriel García Márquez was born in 1927, he is a famous Colombian writer, novelist, short story writer, screenwriter and journalist. In 1982 he received the Novel Prize for Literature. He is an author sometimes inherently related to magical realism and his best-known work is the novel One Hundred Years of Solitude in which we find this literary genre.
Summary of "The Last Voyage of the Ghost Ship" (1868):
The novel by Gabriel García Márquez, The Last Voyage of the Ghost Ship, written in 1968, is written in a single great sentence, which tells the surprising and amazing adventure that has changed the existence of a child living in a coastal town with a small port sunny, almost forgotten by civilization. The days are peaceful, the nights are silent and illuminated only by the rotating beacon that, every fifteen seconds, transforms the town into a lunar camp with phosphorescent houses. During one night in March, the boy saw an immense afterlife ship that sails through the seas with all the dead crew and sometimes appears to the living, silently crossing the deserted sea, a huge and unexpected mass whose trajectory suddenly it seems to drift, and then runs aground on the reefs. This cataclysm is accomplished without disturbing the night's silence, and the next day the boy found no traces of the shipwreck and no one believed it, not even his mother. Baumberger was one of the most prolific Swiss poster artists, with well over 200 designs to his credit. Beginning in 1917, he regularly worked for PKZ. This poster is not only the best he produced for the company but is also an icon in poster history. The tweed coat is rendered in near-photographic perfection to the point where you can practically feel the fabric. Baumberger took a totally new approach to advertising by ingeniously incorporating the poster's text into the image in the form of the label in the coat. With this poster Baumberger cemented his role as master of the "Object Poster," (a title he earned four years earlier with a classic image of a top hat), and began the trend of "New Objectivity" within the Swiss school of Graphic Design. This earlier (1966) sculpture of the same title is the inspiration of the portfolio. The sculpture is in the collection of the Albright Knox Museum. The screenprints follow the neon of the sculpture.
Greek-born American sculptor Chryssa—who went by her first name professionally—died on December 23, 2013, reports Margalit Fox of the New York Times. Born in 1933 in Athens, Chryssa Vardea-Mavromichali grew up during the Nazi occupation of Greece. After studying at the Académie de la Grande Chaumière, Paris, and the California School of Fine Arts, San Francisco, she began incorporating neon into her fragmentary, text-based work. Her first solo exhibition in New York was held at the Betty Parsons Gallery in 1961, which was quickly followed by shows at the Guggenheim, New York; Leo Castelli Gallery, New York; and the Walker Art Center, Minneapolis. Her work is part of collections of major museums, including the Museum of Modern Art, New York; the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; and the Corcoran Gallery of Art, Washington, DC.
