Early mid-century modern cow horn chairs in solid mahogany made in Denmark. Sculptural backrests with beautiful lines. Round tapered legs. Wooden frame and back lacquered in clear gloss. Seats upholstered in green velvet.
Impressive craftsmanship with beautiful joinery details. Very comfortable chairs.
The designer of this chair is unknown, but as this is a very early Danish modern chair it is not unlikely that it has inspired Hans J. Wegner and Knud Færch in the design of their cowhorn chairs.
