About the Item

A pair of Japanese Arita porcelain vases, hexagonal in truncated-pyramid form, decorated with refined naturalistic and geometric motifs. The surface features the vivid palette characteristic of the Imari tradition: white, blue, red, and precious gilt details. On the underside appears the mark of the renowned Fukagawa workshop, among the most celebrated producers of Arita porcelain. Period: Meiji, late 19th century Dimensions: 15 × 10.5 × 9 cm Condition: Excellent condition, with minor enamel wear and a small chip to the rim.
